Mr Ramsay has a very easy manner which I found calming and reassuring in what was a very stressful time for me. I always felt well informed, both before and after my operation. Everything was explained clearly and I didn't feel talked down to. His approachability on the morning of my operation helped to settle me and was noted by my friend. Mr Ramsay took my son's details and called him straight after I was out of theatre. I really appreciated that detail, as did my family and friends. Overall I have nothing but praise for Mr Ramsay. If you find yourself in need of his expertise or you have just been given an appointment with him, then feel reassured that you will be well looked after.

I had Endometrial adenocarcinoma which I was told would need to have a Hysterectomy. On first meeting Mr Ramsay, we talked through the operation, he was hoping to do a Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, as recovery time would be better, due to me also having breast cancer. Mr Ramsay, explained every thing very well, and I felt at ease. I would like to say a big THANK YOU , Laparoscopic Hysterectomy was a success even though a bit challenging. I can highly recommend Mr Ramsay. He was very thorough and answered all the questions I had and put me at ease. I have endometriosis and have gone through many surgeries under different surgeons. I wasn’t t sure what to expect with this surgery as it was to sort out some complex bowel, bladder adhesions with a hysterectomy. He managed to do it all laparoscopically which I was very impressed about and my recovery time was very good. I feel the op was a success due to his competency. At the hospital, he took great care of me along with all the staff the hospital. Thank you once again to Mr Ramsay and his team!

From the outset Mr Ramsay has been very forthright and confident that this operation could be carried out with a laparoscopy instead of invasive major surgery. He also was up front about the possibilities that adhesions May have occurred. After surgery he gave me a full breakdown of exactly what he had done. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his professionalism and his very pleasant bedside manner. I would thoroughly recommend him and be pleased that he would be available should I need another operation.
